Agile Coach

Arbetsbeskrivning:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and organizations in adopting and improving agile methodologies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and high performance.

- Coach teams, product owners, and leadership in agile practices and mindset.
- Support agile transformations at the team and organizational level.
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and training sessions.
- Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and delivery flow.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and self-organization.
Krav för att söka tjÀnsten:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Experience in driving agile transformation across departments or organizations.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).

- Certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional â Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
- Background in software development, product management, or organizational development.
