We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support our client in making data-driven decisions. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and strategic growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Analyze and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
- Gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support project teams in decision-making by providing insights based on data analysis.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Krav för att söka tjänsten:
- Academic degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Knowledge of process modeling, business process re-engineering, and requirement management.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
