Key Account Manager

📍 Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö

📅 Duration: 6 to 18 months (Possible Extension), depends on the customer needs. 

🏱 Employment Type: Consulting assignment

🌍 Language Requirement: Fluency in both Swedish and English 

📌 Eligibility: Candidate must be based in Sweden and hold a valid work permit 

Arbetsbeskrivning:

 We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships and drive business growth for our client. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying new opportunities to expand the relationship.

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Act as the liaison between key clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
