Arbetsbeskrivning:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive successful project execution for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project management and strategic alignment.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.
Krav för att söka tjänsten:
- Academic degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, telecom, or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
